PB Coconut Date Balls
I love the coconut and peanut butter combo so I made a quick treat! Very easy and satisfying. Check it out!
-2 tablespoons PB2 ( I used the one with dark chocolate in it. I’m using PB2 because it has a much lower calorie count compared to peanut butter)
-1 to 2 tablespoons of shredded unsweetened coconut. (You can add more or less depending on how you like it)
-1 tablespoon of flax seeds
The directions couldn’t be any easier. Put all your ingredients in a mixer and mix! When they are all mixed, form them into balls and place in fridge for about 30 mins. You can skip the fridge part if you don’t want them to harden up. I just prefer mine a little harder.
